   Proposal Description:
   The accuracy of the diagnosis of Alzheimer disease dementia may vary according to differences in the diagnostic approach. One such difference may be the diagnosis rendered by a single clinician versus that generated by a consensus conference of several clinicians. This study will evaluate whether there are differences in the longitudinal outcomes in Alzheimer disease dementia as a function of the two diagnostic approaches.
